No.  The PO4 tells you how the goods are packed.
Remember, the ASN and/or INV has to reflect the SDQ quantities, so 
multiplication would be wrong.

It _is_ possible that the ERP system requires a multiplication, since the EDI 
order qty may reflect a case pack, but the ERP keeps stock in units.

This is something we see very often.  A new one is purchasing spools of rope 
and sending a LF qualifier ;-(  (Linear Feet)

The best is to confirm the number of eaches requires with the buyer or 
salesrep.
