You can do this with the Gentran NT mapper but its an advanced topic and does require some complicated code. I've done it with both Gentran NT and GIS. You do need to know whether your application needs a whole set of headers for each different shipto loc or not. In our business now the app is designed to ship to a DC and/or mark for a location so it can handle the shipto information that is different on each line. That makes it easy because I only have to build temporary line records for each SDQ. I have a single map that can handle SDQ orders or regular correctly. If you have to do headers too its that much more difficult...not for the beginner...because you have to revisit your lines records and group them by location before you create the header so that you make as few orders as possible. In fact once you get a line for each SDQ its usually easier to use an outside routine (I like scripts, perl or vb) to finish the job because I can bang that out in a hurry. Your mileage may vary.
Years ago when I was new at this and I had an extremely complicated Ford 862 map I contracted Sterling to create the map for me. It was worth every penny because then I took that map and studied the techniques they used and learned more than I would have learned in a classroom. If you are interested in learning to do these things yourself then having a contractor do it for you is a way to get the immediate project done and get some education for yourself.
