Hello,
Need your inputs to understand how the 820s and web based ordering
are related.
We have been receiving 820 3010 transactions for some of our web
based customers - I have pasted a sample below after masking
confidential info
For online customers, what kind of payment other than a credit card
payment, would trigger an 820 transaction to be sent to us by our
bank.
We have a process in place for credit card payments.
We are not able to track what kind of payment the customer is using
to cause the 820 transactions to be generated.
The crucial piece is - these are "once in a year" customers that are
business has not signed a contract with for ACH.
