As was pointed out in another post our software can handle this. What we do
is take the individual invoices from your accounting system and consolidate
them into one invoice to send to Sears. One the screen that lists the
individual invoices you can select them one by one, select them by some
criteria (such as all invoices with ship to equal to x), etc. Our Visual ASN
product will also easily create the packing details needed for your ASN and
can be deployed to your warehouse staff for them to do the packing instead
of your office staff having to input that information.

Sears EDI Consolidated Invoices

I have a question for the group. As many of you are aware, Sears is
finalizing a move to a "Kmart" style of EDI. As part of the process, they
are requiring consolidated invoicing. The Malcoa software we use, can not
produce a consolidated invoice. From what I understand there are
approximately 70 more TP's who are not able to do consolidated invoices
because of their MRP software.
Does anyone have a solution they are using? Inovis is offering a solution,
but they want 12 TP's to commit upfront, and basically want 5K for the first
year, and then 2k after. To date only 5 companies have signed up. So, this
is not looking like a viable solution.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
