an EDI Specialist with Biztalk and XML experience.
All candidates must be willing and able to relocate to Columbus.

Must be familiar with a variety of Electronic Data Interchange
concepts, practices, and procedures.

Job Description:
The selected candidate will work on process automation projects. XML
is required because our client's clients transfer files to our client
in nearly every format possible, and XML is the most common (and
therefore useful) skill. The person will need to have experience
with a wide variety of EDI transaction sets because our client must
work with all transaction sets requested by their clients.
The selected candidate will develop EDI application interfaces and
maps. He or she will also develop and implement an EDI strategy to
support organizational initiatives. In addition, he or she will
perform quality assurance testing, documentation, implementation
support, and workflow management. He or she will also review,
analyze, and evaluate client EDI transactions, coordinate EDI
projects, set deadlines, monitor, and summarize progress of the
projects.
Furthermore, the candidate will prepare reports for upper management
regarding status of project, request adjustment of workloads and
timeframes to keep projects on track, ensure critical issues are
being addressed or escalated, identify risks and take actions to
lessen or avoid the risk, and serve as the EDI specialist for all
client projects including new customer on-boarding, changes and
integrations.
Good communication skills are a must.
