We have a client who has 'inadvertently' got himself a mailbox on GXS Trading Grid, and we have been asked to organise communication with it for him. The preferred method would be using the documented SSH-FTP interface. Unfortunately the documentation is confusing, and we have not managed to get beyond GXS first-level help. Any pointers or help from someone who has used this interface would be most welcome.
