That is where we started with the 845/844/849 transaction sets. IDEA membership is made up of vendors and distributors in the electrical supply industry, which includes motors, switchgear, etc. Dan Mehlhorn System Programmer/EDI Administrator Crescent Electric Supply Co. --------------------------------- Folks: thanks for all the feedback on the 844/849 question(s). It was a lot of help. I also stumbled on a lot of stuff related to it. It's a brand new transaction and the T.P. also has nothing and is going from scratch. We'll supply the I.G. to the inbound 844 to our customer(odd...) and we'll also do the outbound 849 for our end. In addition I'm getting no help from our end on the business side. We're a large corporation that sells electrical items, switches, rotors, etc. Thanks again Chuck Powers Brian Lehrhoff <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: did you ask your partner for an IG? you should find a sample in the back. if not, you can generate a sample with EDISIM. Corresponding Implementation Guide(s) would also be helpful too. I'm doing these two documents from the ground up and have zero to work with.
