I'm not familiar with the 106/107, but I do have a client using the 
204/990/214/210 for something similar.

The Transport company receives a 204 Load Tender Request from BASF.
They have 2/3 hours to Accept or Reject the Load using a 990.
When the load is done, the Transport company sends a 214 back to BASF as 
confirmation.
The Invoice for Transport is sent as a 210...

... the great thing about standards is that there are so many to choose from...
