Lisa, I am the guy who is always pushing Softshare as a solution - because I think for the vast majority of EDI firms, they have the best solutions.
But I agree with Leah on this one. You already connect with Sterling. Sterling can interconnect with Softshare so Target will be happy. The only cost Target would incur would be the one-time $25 per TP interconnect setup charge. You could offer to pay for that. That way, you don't have to make any changes in your setup. If they force you to change VANs, go to Softshare VAN, you'll have no worries. They are great, as Joe and others have said, and their pricing plans fit most users better than other VANs. Last week somebody said, "and you don't need an actuary to figure out your VAN charges." Very true. Downtime is not an issue as it seems to be with one of the other VANs mentioned by other responders. I do not receive any commission from Softshare for VAN referrals.
