Like anything, the devil is in the details:
* My company offers integration with a product called ComplyLink
Web. It still presumes integration with a translation product,
but that can be outsourced. I'm attaching a spec sheet. (It
will be stripped out of EDI-L).
It can integrate to any Web EDI platform, where it runs
on Windows or Linux/UNIX based servers. ComplyLink Web
manages the UCC/EAN-128/ASN process as well as
communicating with carriers, your own ERP system, etc,
allowing Web EDI providers to focus on their core business.
* If this is not what you need, you should touch base with
Softshare based in Santa Barbara. They offer a web based
EDI/XML interface called Athena. There is a demo of their
products out on their web site, and a list of their current
trading partner kits. (Transactions/Companies that have already
been setup on their site). http://www.softshare.com/software/athena/
They can set up TPK's specifically for your client, if one is
not already available, for a very low fee.
