There have been couple of such issues that challenge the AS2 interoperability.
For instance, we bumped into this issue of the MDNs generated by the AS2 engine
of Axway Synchrony Gateway 5.2 not being received by a trading partner who was
running Biztalk Server(version unknown). Although it worked fine with the older
version - Cyclone Interchange 4.x. The issue was never resolved. We are
debugging the problem by getting into the extend of viewing/editing the MDNs
while they flaunt about AS2 interoperability !
