Sudhakar, I see you also posted this question to the GIS, Gentran, and Softshare groups.
There are three obvious solutions. If you don't know how to use GXS, you should, (1) Learn how to use GXS, or (2) Hire somebody who knows how to use GXS, or (3) use Gentran, GIS, or the one I would recommend, Softshare. Best answer, buy Softshare and hire me. You may think that I am somehow prejudiced toward this last answer because of the potential for personal gain, and that would be a fair assumption. But the truth is that Softshare is easier and more flexible to map and administer than Gentran or GIS, and undoubtedly than GXS though I have no experience with that. Oh, and it costs a whole lot less. I hope you have also polled the GXS group, and have your answer. Happy Independence Day, ALL!
