what flavor - exactly - 835 and 837 are you parsing?  and what happens 
when your new
partner sends another variation?  or 5010? 

i won't ask about what you're charging for this ... but it has to be 
more than the canned solution
that art suggested.  and your support - 24/7/365?  all included?  you do 
realize, don't you, that
all the fixes you'll be doing in the future will be bugs and not 
billable?  it's nice to work for free.
