Sam,
I have used Extol in a few instances and have liked it very much. It is
capable of large volumes of data and I found the translator to be extremely
capable. The costs tend to focus towards the mid to large size companies.
The technical support I have found to be a strong point for the company. In
my opinion, they are worth following up with. They offer an integrated
solution that should completely cover most any companies needs to an EDI
solution.
In the interests of full disclosure, I do not work for, nor have I ever
worked for, Extol. I have just used their product along with several
others.
