You didn't understand Doug's reply.
He essentially said that some VAN can interconnect by using more than just the
TP ID...
Since Kleinschmidt is a 'full service' VAN, they do it and know what they are
talking about...
It all depends on how the VAN is setup. Many cannot have multiple connections
for a specific TP ID...
