I am using CLEO Lexicom for AS2 . i have a certificate file [.cer] and a private key [.pfx] which i bought from verision. Now in Cleo when i import using a user certificate import in that a private key and certificate import. I get two options there 1) with separate certificate and private key. certificate is ok as it supports .cer file but in private key file it says it supports either .pem or .p8 file. so with .pfx it gives this file type not supported. 2) with a single file PKCS #12 Format i just browse my private key file in it[with .pfx extension]. it works. is cert file not needed or transmission will suffer.
