BTW: you can ask those questions to the Seeburger Helpdesk directly.
Or you should have contact to your friendly consultant. It is most of
the time quicker to get answers this way.

I am not so familiar with the Solution, but usually you have two
possible solutions:
a) you can type an additional mapping parameter String into the TPM,
that will get passed to BIC and you can access ith with
getInputValue(). This is intended for those kind of parametrizations
of a single (shared) map. Depending on the solution you can use here
even expanded variables to access parts from the Event.
b) it might be, that the solution directly passes some attributes of
the event from the BPEL based process instance to the mapping call.
Those can then be accessed from BIC as well.
Both things can be checked in the detailed Process view of the
inspector. If you navigate to the mapping call, you can see all set
input properties (and their names).
If your Solution does not support the custom BIC argument in the TPM
form or the default process variables, then please let me know and I
can help you to add it in the Process Designer or the TPM form definition.
Greetings
