You dont "need" those, you can download the specific message type
based specs directly from your SAP system (TransCode WE60). This
includes the possible qualifiers. I don't think there are generic ones
available.
There used to be a Interface Repository, which is now called the ESR,
and there was a Version which was accessible to browse the IDOC
definitions on the SAP Developer Network (Free Registration). I just
cant find the current version for it.
