Hi Elan - In your circumstances, I would put together an team to develop your requirements, create a RFQ document, and send it to your final potential software candidates. It appears that pricing is important to you, but there are other considerations such as service, supported platforms, reliability and longevity of the software company, supported communication protocols, supported standards, and ease/difficulty of mapping and integrations with your ERP system. One size does not fit all. So a product that someone recommends because it works well in their Rosettanet shop running on AS/400 might not be the best solution for your company. You need to drive a process where you whittle the candidates to a few & then have a demo of the products. If you do not have the bandwidth to do this yourself, I suggest you hire a consultant to lead you thru the process. I can volunteer myself having facilitated this process for other companies that stalled at this step. There are other consultants on this list that could also help you with the process. Disclaimer: I do have a bias because I am a partner with Softshare and e-Supplylink and believe both companies offer great products. But, I still recommending going thru a process to determine what is best for your company.
