I saw a few posts about talking to the trading partner. On our side the vendor, our retailers are sub standard as far as communicating. They just do things without telling us. It is a disaster. I don't know what the solution is. The retailers we sell to, Walmart, Kmart, Target, etc. do NOT respond. The customer service is overseas and we cannot contact them.
They don't care because they just pile on chargebacks.
