Client Notification Reference Number: ND10&11-012509-01 -Description- GXS will be conducting an important application maintenance procedure that will extend the normal standard Trading Grid Messaging Service (TGMS) maintenance window (0300 GMT - 0330 GMT Sundays). This maintenance is aimed to ensure maximum stability and performance of our service. The procedure will require a 120 minute maintenance window from 0300 GMT to 0500 GMT on January 25, 2009 to allow for completion and verification of the maintenance changes. -Impacted Services- During this maintenance window, the following services will not be available: . Trading Grid Messaging Service (TGMS) . Interconnect Traffic -Event Duration- The maintenance window will begin at 0300 GMT January 25, 2009. All services are expected to be available by 0500 GMT January 25, 2009. -Additional Information- If you are a Managed Services Customer, please note that this issue does not affect your ability to connect to the GXS Managed Services Platform.
