Doug (and Rachel),

I've seen documents where the time in the ISA/GS is actually Universal time and 
not the local time zone (EST) of the sender.

It's only a single TP (as far as I remember), but it's a pain when analysing 
document response times.

Eg.  The incoming 204 is marked as 1700 which is actually 1200 EST.  The 
outbound 997 and 990 have local times (EST).
