Kristen, Unfortunately, we are all extremely experienced, and expect to be paid what we're worth. But seriously, welcome to the group.
We welcome posts from recruiters, but because some of our employers are extremely sensitive to the possibility that their investment in EDI pros may be lured away, we mandate that recruiters include the message content tag <JOBS> in the Subject: line. Do this, and you won't have any trouble. To be perfectly honest, the EDI world is filled with people who came up through the ranks, and never really learned the skills. On the other hand, a skilled, experienced EDI analyst can truly transform a company's operation, and is worth every penney he or she costs. Of course, you must do what it will take to earn your commission. But it's Saturday, and I like to pontificate.
