Sarah, What - exactly - are you trying to get from the site...? Are you looking to get the HEX format of the document(s)...?
First off - you need to understand that Inovisworks.net isn't an application - it's the trading partner's mailbox at the VAN/Network. The web portal into InovisWorks.net is a view of the documents in the mailbox and really not much more. If you go into the document you're wanting, you can VIEW DOCUMENT - in the layout specified by the mapping spec (showing the segments and elements) or you can VIEW DOCUMENT IN HEX - allowing you to see the HEX values for each and every character in the document. But, just what do you mean by "RAW DATA"....? If you view the document in "EDI" format, you can just select the shown data and copy and paste it into another document: ISA*00* *00* *12*xxxxxxxxxx *12*xxxxxxxxxx *090114*1620*U*00401*000000143*0*P*:<0x85> GS*PO*xxxxxxxxxx*xxxxxxxxxx*20090114*1620*143*X*004010<0x85> ST*850*1430001<0x85> BEG*00*SA*0000000000*1*20090113<0x85> CUR*BY*USD<0x85> REF*IA*00000<0x85> FOB*DE*OF*PORT OF LA<0x85> ITD*36***********1% 30 DAYS NET 60<0x85> DTM*010*20090315<0x85> DTM*017*20090415<0x85> DTM*001*20090515<0x85> N9*ME**MESSAGE TEXT<0x85> MSG*DO NOT FAX - EDI PO<0x85> MSG*CALL 000-000-0000 FOR ROUTING INFO<0x85> MSG*PLEASE FOLLOW ROUTING GUIDE<0x85> To Me, this is the RAW DATA. But it's humanly readable. But it will give you all of the data in the document - whether PO or ASN or FA or Invoice or whatever. It's laid out in the structure of the X12 document spec that is used to create the document. If you want the HEX data, you do the same thing - VIEW DOCUMENT IN HEX - and then copy and paste into another document. But, again, what do you mean by the "RAW DATA" of the document...? The thing you have to remember is that the data that is on the InovisWorks.net website in the mailbox is going to be in some kind of format - based upon the document specs used to create the document. The only data that could be more "raw" is the data in the sender's end system - before the document is even created - and that's something Inovis doesn't have access to - unless the trading partner is using the Inovis Webforms type of EDI platform - where they enter the data into a website/form and then click send and then it may go through the InovisWorks.net network. The export function that I found in the program, does not export just the EDI Raw Data. The data seems to be some kind of interpretation/translation of the raw data. Currently I have to contact Inovis customer support and they email me a document with the raw data. Therefore the raw data must be there. Does anybody know how to download it to a file.
