Richard, you really need to get out more often.

Sales departments EXIST to field these kinds of questions.  And making a 
phone call takes, what, three, maybe four minutes?  How does that compare to 
writing a post to EDI-L, then waiting for, then *filtering*  (for bullshit) 
any replies you may get which even represent anything reasonably current.

There really is "Life Out There" beyond the I/T office!
