In Jackie's original post, the issue was processing an inbound 850. The file below is an 820. Is it possible that envelopes are not set up for the 820?

Although I know nothing of eVision the error messages implied that the file had not been recognised as EDI, and I would have been intrigued to see it. Perhaps you could include it directly in the text of a posting, or give us a link to a web/FTP server from which we could fetch it?
