Scott, There are a number of organizations that deal with EDI in higher education. The largest probably being the American Library Assoc. There is also the book manufacturer’s assoc as well as a group that developed EDI standards for electronic transfer of student transcripts. What types of goods and/or services are you looking to receive an 810 for? Since these are sent by your suppliers you might ask them for an implementation guide explaining what they are sending. The complexity of the 810, if any, would dictate whom you might outsource for 810 to.

Does anyone know of an EDI user group for the Higher Education industry? 2. How do I go about finding EDI service bureau type suppliers that have worked with Higher Education clients on the business side (810 Invoice)?
