As an Implementation Manager, you will be involved in working with world-class 
corporations (i.e. Fortune 500 and 1000 companies) involved with international 
trade and supply chain management. Project activities are a balance between 
business change management and technical data integration across multiple 
buyers 
and global suppliers. You will be expected to concurrently manage multiple 
projects. Your ability to plan, maintain organization, gain client trust and 
commitment are key to project success. The Implementation Manager is 
responsible 
for the complete launch of all facets of a customer’s (member’s) project. This 
includes involvement in pre-sales through the full lifecycle of the project. 
The 
Implementation Manager leads a team of client’s staff to define, prepare and 
deliver customer services. This position will be based in our New York City 
office. Responsibilities: Oversee customer implementation projects from an 
Operations, Technology, and Vendor Activation perspective. Facilitate customer 
Kick Off Session to scope and define the project. Manage involvement of 
customer, including across departments and locations as needed. Develop and 
maintain project plans. Track and manage outstanding issues and actions. 
Conduct 
detailed workflow and business reviews, providing consultation for 
optimization. 
Conduct opportunity assessments, develop ROI analyses. Participate in pre-sales 
activities. Organize and lead Conference Room Pilots. Work with internal 
departments to design and implement customer projects. Communicate status 
internally, to the project team, and externally with the customer and any other 
involved parties regularly. Coordinate within client’s regional offices and 
partners.

As a Technical Analyst, you will work with active project implementations and 
assist buyers and suppliers, already using client’s platform, who desire back 
office integration to their existing supply chain computer systems. You will be 
responsible for assisting with business and technical requirements gathering, 
writing technical specifications, programming, testing assistance, and rolling 
out customers’ technical interfaces. You will coordinate project requirements 
with the Business Development, Client Management, Development, QA, Technology, 
and Product teams in our Asia and California offices – you will be based in our 
NY office. You will also provide testing and on-going customer technical 
support, where needed.
