IBM Information Exchange (IBM IE) is what we have over here. Since the 
middle of the last decade it has been run by GXS (who also have Tradanet 
and Trading Grid available in the UK). I always understood it to be the 
equivalent of Inovis in the USA.

Apologies for this late comment. I have spent the last five weeks on a 
12,000 mile motorbike/camping tour of the USA, and Internet access was 
very limited.
