Dear All,
I would like test a map in my Websphere Data Interchange Client V3.2. Though i
thought that i ll take a back up of a map and modify map, my team mate scared
me off saying that she tried making changes and compiled it but control string
generated over wrote the original control string and when tried to use the back
up map and compiling it, still that error was persisting. so now i am worried
to test anything in WDI. Basically i have worked in GIS and i never found this
kind of complication. So please guide me to test a map in WDI without
hampering the correct map.
I heard that even the changes made in the layout/ddf of copy map affects the
layout/ddf of original map.
We use application file which comes from Main Frame and translate to EDI and
vice versa.
Please guide me in this.
