QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated expertise with EDI mapping and troubleshooting Experience working with trading partners, I.T. staff, and VAN to locate and quickly resolve any problems. Demonstrated reliability in monitoring all daily logs and processes to ensure proper and timely data transmissions. Skill in setting up and implementing new transactions as needed. Skill in upgrading software on production-level applications, with appropriate test and quality procedures. Ability to set up and maintain trading partner data in Gentran and in J.D. Edwards software. Ability to create and maintain jobs (CL's) for executing the programs and maps needed to process both inbound and outbound EDI transmissions. Requirements: 2 year college degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired. Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook Strong analytical, written and verbal communications skills Strong research and project management skills Must be able to provide a high level of customer service.
