Tutorial, sure. I use a variety of tools for editing. Notepad++, BizTalk,
Microsoft Visual Studio and SharpDevelop (icsharpcode.net). You can even do
step through debugging.

My beverage of choice ... espresso! (btw ... The espresso machine at the
deli in MW is out of order)
