I assume this is for an EDIFACT message. The UNB S003 composite can 
contain 3 components; a 35 character recipient address, a four character 
address qualifier, and a 14 character routing address. Since ZZ is a 
common address qualifier ('mutually defined') what you quote above looks 
like a qualifier and a routing address of invalid length. There is no 
0010 recipient address component, which is what software normally uses 
to pull interchanges from a VAN.

 From information given, and a mass of inference and assumption, it does 
look as if the address could give you problems. The imbedded blanks are 
legal.
