I have to agree with Mr. Frenkel that the reference to teen sex really doesn't belong in this type of forum. I understand the point Stan was trying to make, and I know he wasn't trying to "start something" by using that particular analogy, but we all need to be mindful of the fact that business etiquette expectations are the same, regardless whether we are meeting face-to-face or online.
Picture a speaker making a comment about teen sex (or any other controversial subject) in front of a conference room filled with hundreds of men and women representing a multitude of companies across the world, and I'm sure many eyebrows would have been raised. There might have even been a "talking-to" after the meeting. We just need to be sure we keep our conversations professional, and limited to the types of comments that would be acceptable in any business setting.
