REMEDI is conducting interviews to assist our client with the DIRECT HIRE of a GIS/SI UNIX professional to be responsible for the ownership of the GIS technical environment and take on the internal role of a Subject Matter Expert where EDI and specifically GIS/SI issues are concerned. This position requires a strong knowledge of both Development as well as Administration issues and best practices in a Sterling environment.
The successful candidate must be adept at managing multiple changing priorities. Some Java development experience is highly preferable, along with experience and understanding of Oracle. Additionally the ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of leveraging his or her problem solving skills, an excellent teamwork attitude, and good verbal and written communication skills.
