Brief Summary:
Position is with extremely large company, LOTS of work in the next year, heavy
EDI, very large-scale projects,
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manages complex customer relationships at customer's site. Often times will act
as a customer advocate / liaison to ensure timely, supportive and efficient
delivery of the hosted solution. Responsible for maintaining the billing
process
for the on site customer which includes invoicing or services as defined in the
statement of work on a monthly basis, addressing any billing disputes and
discrepancies for the client base and coordinating resolution with Program
Manager and accounting. Manages the implementation of various projects.
Responsible for managing the project timeline, ensuring project and client
success, and providing overall leadership to the team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Drive timely completion and management of project deliverables,
reporting and
project documentation.
* Proactively work with customer, on site, regarding strategy,
implementation,
and support issues.
* Researches and resolves billing issues for the client base
* Engages other business departments to address customer questions and
problems.
* Interact with internal team members with varying experience and
talent to
successfully implement solutions.
* Act as a liaison and manage communications across organizations
between
parent/primary and secondary sites.
* Build and maintain a strong customer relationship.
* Manage customer expectations; provide focal point and first line of
escalation.
* Provide updates/progress as necessary to Management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES:
* Understanding of the Outsourcing business and services offered.
* Proficient with standard desktop applications including Word, Excel,
and
Powerpoint.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Decisive decision-making skills and the ability to evaluate
alternatives.
* Problem solving and issue resolution skills.
* Experience with technical and business processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent business experience
Minimum Experience for Consideration:3 - 5 years of customer support and
Electronic Commerce project management experience.
