I don't know biztalk, but I agree with Dylan, where there's a database, there's 
a way to get what you want.

So far as I know there is no map reporting tool out of the box. Reports of
the type you are talking about need to be created with code or SQL reporting
services.
However, there should be developer specs I imagine.
