Thanks everyone - your help is appreciated! Ken - you are right. They blew the request off - the stock answers to most questions is No. My manager/director is already involved so we've got the right people in the mix.
Leah and Dylan - you are right too. I was hoping there was a canned report of some sort but sounds like that is not the case. Reports of the type you are talking about need to be created with code or SQL reporting services. However, there should be developer specs I imagine.
