Dinu (given name? nickname? surname?) may in fact be a gifted user of the 
product, but his posting led me to believe he was totally inept at same, so 
I provided a suitable response (get trained or get out)  were that in fact 
the case.

Another Real Life Example of why employers ask for "excellent communications 
skills."

Amazing how often those "communications skills" come in handy, huh?

And yes, Mrs. H, those communications skills *should* include a familiarity 
with the culture of the target audience, so perhaps I was a tad premature 
assuming your "culture" reference was based solely on the OPs name.
