I don't use WTX but on my software all that information is available on the software support site. There's probably 50-100 pages of documents and checklists and requirements relating to the installation of the EDI software I use. Even though I have installed this particular software every year for 5 years I would never attempt it without going through these docs. I would not detail the process for someone in an email, not even my best friend, because their interests would not be served by my doing so and I would forget something vital. You need to download the docs, read them and understand them yourself. There are some platforms where you put the CD in and click run, mine is not one and I suspect WTX is not either.
