Angela I passed your name along to one of our contacts at Werner to supply further information. The 214 (Transportation Carrier Shipment Status Message) would provide you with the status of the shipment. The 210 (Motor Carrier Freight Details and Invoice) would be the transaction set sent by the carrier to provide you with the freight charges. If you are capable, the 204 (Motor Carrier Load Tender) would be sent from you as the shipper to Werner providing them basic shipment information and the opportunity to accept or decline the load using a 990 (Response to a Load Tender).
Werner supports all four transaction sets mentioned above plus others. Hope that helps.
