In a map click F1 in any extended rule window, then click on Procedures
(along the top), then click on Alphabetic Language Reference.  Near the
bottom of that window is the Select and Update Available Options with a
listing of all the database files you can access.  The Interchange_tb is
among them.

 

There you will find a list of all the fields you can access and update.
