Hi All, I have a question for the group. Could you guys and ladies give me your
options on what X12 documents would be best to use for returning product to my
vendors..
We buy Books, CD's and DVDs from Publishers, Studios and Music houses. And we
are exploring on sending them a documents for product that we return to for
what ever reason it may be.
Do you think that the 856 would be the best document for this task or is there
another one? And if any you have some kind of guides that can display this I
would really appreciate it.
We have not not yet ask our vendor if any of them are currently doing this with
any of their TP's So I am not sure if they have some kind of guides. I just
would like to see how this is being dome out there and build from it.
