Leah- It is great when you are happy with your product! I agree that the tool is very different from other translator products that I have used, and yes, functional acknowledgements are no longer an issue. :) We have solutions for them for BIS5 users that can be implemented, and with BIS6 and the standard S3B2B process that is typically used for EDI, there are absolutely no issues generating/sending or reconciling 997s.
As an additional note, the SEEBURGER adapters for communication are far superior than any others that I have seen. I was recently told by a customer that she went to 2 weeks of training for her AS2 software and still had severe difficulty setting up a new connection, but after 2 hours of AS2 training with SEEBURGER, she was setting up a new AS2 partner and testing it on her own.
