Must have the following prerequisites: 2-3 years IT/Software experience and preferably with BS degree in computer science or equivalent certifications/experience Hands-On Customer Service/ Help Desk and Software Implementation Highly Organized, capable of Completing and Documenting many small simultaneous projects Excellent Communication/Email/Organizational/Documentation Skills Rigorously follow processes and procedures Hands-On Help Desk/Customer Service and Software Implementation Experience with Supply Chain Software, EDI and EDI Data Translators a plus Experienced in Microsoft Windows OS - Server 2003, Server 2008, XP, NT a plus Experience in Networking, Microsoft IIS and OS/Systems Setup Experience with .NET/C# a big plus Experience with implementing many concurrent short-term software installations that have rapid turn-around times Experience working in a small team of people to deliverables and timelines Experience with various Accounting/ERP systems a plus Experience with manufacturing and the automotive industry a plus Please send resume to [email protected]. ------------------------------------ ...
