As a humble toiler at the EDI coal face I must respectfully point out 
that what happens above ground, much less in the cloud(s), has little 
immediate relevance for me. Unfortunately the majority of our clients 
seem to have a similarly blinkered mindset, so there is little incentive 
to look above.
