GISHI is the IBM internal user/company interface for viewing transmissions flowing through their system. And actually since the merger has been completed, it's now called GIODE (Global Integration On Demand Environment). If you've ever used a VAN and their interface, GIODE is IBM's VAN interface for managing transmissions.
Your IBM Program Manager should be able to provide further information about the move to GISHI/GIODE..
