EDI/HIPAA SPECIALIST Location: Pasadena, CA Duration: 10 MONTHS Rate: W2 Only REQUIRED SKILLS: Position Description: Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Supports testing, debugging, and refining the computer software to produce the required product. Helps prepare both program-level and user-level documentation. Experience Level: 10+ Years. Skill Set: Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the position. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Mandatory Skills 5 years EDI Medical Claims experience 5 years HIPA transaction Validation (837i/p, 835, 270, 271, 277, 278) Strong knowledge of X12 format related to HIPPA 5 years WTX used in mapping X12 and Clinical Claims HIPPA Transactions Preferred Skills 2 plus years working with WTX via WMB 2 plus years Tibco Foresight 2 plus years Oracle Database Duties Create complex WTX maps for HIPPA transactions. Develop WMB flows integrated with WTX.
