Jason,

I am glad that a bulletin board system like EDI-L works for you. But it
must of taken some time to find out other people's talents so you know
who to directly email. Perhaps, the online chat feature is not for you.

But there are others who do not have your rolodex of direct contacts.
Those people may post a question on EDI-L and wait up to a day to get
the answer that fits their needs.

Yesterday I was able to help someone with a Rebate question. BUT, I am
only one person with limited knowledge. Just imagine what all the
guru's could do in the chat room together.

Plus, you can just say "Hi" to you fellow EDI friends in the chat room,
lol.
