Our customer is seeking an EDI Specialist.
Overview:
Under the moderate supervision of the Manager of the Data Movement group, the
candidate selected will provide technical support and general administration of
the Electronic Data Interchange and Process Scheduling Infrastructure
The chosen candidate will work on system enhancements and project development
efforts
They will be responsible for recommending, implementing and supporting software
products to meet or exceed the needs as defined
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day monitoring of Data Movement and Process
Scheduling infrastructure and attached servers and systems
Define and implement a standardized approach for performance or failure
notifications
Develop and support electronic communication and trading partner relationships
Assist with developing documentation for all systems/applications supported
Participate on an On Call Rotation after hours/weekends/holidays
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university OR 4+
years of systems infrastructure/network related experience OR an equivalent
combination of education and experience
5 years' experience with Sterling Integrator (GIS/SI)
Experience with Sterling Software GIS versions 4.3 or higher
Proven ability to create BPML solutions
Proficient Microsoft Sequel abilities
